thanks again all, and yeah JCP, I have some goodies and vids I'll post up soon as I get situated!! also meant to add my stats, i just had a 9 pt caliper done, I'm at 11% body fat, i believe my upper body was 8-9 and lower was 12-13, coming off a knee surgery a few months back and just recently got to really getting good range back on alot of leg stuff. I'm 5'8.5" and flux between 182-185 through the day. my average workout is 2.5 hrs which includes stretching before and after and my routines are either one muscle group or body part. I've preffer to do low reps and very high sets using superset progression. kk looking forward to getting active!!
