Did you happen to take measurements before you started destroying and flooding? I'm anticipating some bigger arms and baggier pants...

Nah, fat is fat...lol. They don't make sizes. They just call it "Doughboy."

My grip was completely fried on the first superset. Horrid pump and grip fatigue. And yes, on the dumbbell shoulder press, I should have gone heavier but my elbow has been achy and I truly didn't trust my fatigued grip either. It's such a bitch getting those dumbbells up by myself. Great pump and freaking smoked my grip and back. Was happy to be done.

Crazy work with huge poundage! I've been working on grip a bit also.........just don't be single on those days! Keep killing it!

Holy hell bro!! Your strength and muscle endurance always blows me away. How is the program coming along? I've been MIA a lot lately.. I like your choice of superset exercises. And what is a football bar?

Some call it the swiss bar too. I say the swiss bar is smaller like the EZ bar. It has many different handles for width of grip. It hits my triceps really well. It's a bit different to balance and hold too.

Not heavy weight today, but it definitely got my attention. Technique right now is big for me. The first superset smoked me. The second I was on cruise control. I had to get going because I got to the gym a bit later than normal so I need to get moving. Having some flexibility issues or not activating my glutes because I'm getting some soreness in my left hip after I start squatting. It's not as much pain as soreness. Need to work on flexibility and other stuff.

Brother!!! Overhead squats are a freaky movement!!! That made for a very difficult superset. You are defintely zoning and thats a great feeling. Hope you like it :)
