Not heavy weight today, but it definitely got my attention. Technique right now is big for me. The first superset smoked me. The second I was on cruise control. I had to get going because I got to the gym a bit later than normal so I need to get moving. Having some flexibility issues or not activating my glutes because I'm getting some soreness in my left hip after I start squatting. It's not as much pain as soreness. Need to work on flexibility and other stuff.
