Damn Hawk the weight you move is incredible and for such intense sessions! You seem happier and more motivated with this program, that's great!

I think I am a bit happier with the training. I get a nice pump and get my ass kicked everyday which challenges me. Lastly, I get in an out in about an hour or less. Less of a grind.

Nice work man!

What are your goals for 2015?

Right now, things are pretty much up in the air. I have a lot on my plate right now. The biggest thing is consistency with training and diet. Time will tell when I compete again...if ever. I still have the desire, but there are more important things than trophy chasing. I don't get too caught up with gym lifts vs meet lifts. I feel I try to maintain strict lifting in the gym that would pass in a meet. Kind of goes along the saying, "Practice as you play."

Although, I would like to work on my bodyweight and body composition. Tighten things up here and there and lose some pounds. And then keep my strength. I want it all. LOL.

Superset#1
Fat Bar Deads
300x5,5,5,5,5(had to switch from double overhand to over/under)5,5,5
Barbell Rows
185x20,20,20,20
Barbell Curls
65x20,20,20,20

Superset#2
Kroc Rows
110x5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5
Lat Pulldowns
150x20,20,20,18
Hammer Curls
35x20,20,20,15

Ok....maybe the fat bar deadlifts weren't the brightest, but it sounded challenging. My grip was smoked. Couldn't do double overhand anymore. It was a funny but challenging workout.

Nice day again! Looks like you've got the consistency in check already. I did fat grip work yesterday and it smoked my forearms too.

Superset#1
Fat Bar Squats
370x5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5
BW Lunges x20,20,20,20
Leg Extensions 100x20,20,20,20

Superset#2
Stiff Legged Deads
315x5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5
Calf Raises
225x40,30,30,20
Hex DB Holds
40x1,1,1,1

Kind of a shit day. I was tired and it's been a rough week, but I got some legs in. The second superset I coasted a bit. Calves and Hex DB Holds probably aren't the most ideal for hammering legs, but at least I actually did them.:)

Shit.... IMHO you crushed legs! Reading that entry had me spewing expletive after expletive. Good work.

Did you happen to take measurements before you started destroying and flooding? I'm anticipating some bigger arms and baggier pants...
