Well second to the last check in looks like i dropped 5 lbs last week.. Felt every one of them seep out of my body<,lol.. BUT this meant one good thing.,,.,., a lil cheat meal. i had a little cookie sandwhich (choc chp) wiht this kick a** ginache/frosting in it and a half order of teryiaki chicken. OMG... 3 days of trainig and cardio left and UH OH Here goes the water... Funny how we seem to complain abouyt the food disappearing from the diet when the water is the absolute worst.. Must be why we do this. Words from coaches is "literally best ive ever looked" Welll this gal needs to qualify and regional show or not I take them all seriously and never know who is showing up and always knowing we all want to win.. SO here goes...
