I use straps to hold it. I'm not flexible enough to hold it properly and honestly it serves no purpose to me to stretch out to be flexible enough lol

that and my hips or something as I just can't stay straight up and down :(

I started my nutrition journey today. I think I might die. Seriously.

My body is fighting me but my mind is solid. Goes to how addicted your body can get to crap processed foods
