Last week started out strong then came to a dead stop. I got some fuc_ked up cold and it dropped me. Sunday we moved the gym .
Didnt do anything monday as this stuff is still lingering .I tried to lift today but will say it wasnt to productive. By the time I got to deadlifts it felt like my lungs were gonna come out my mouth and it was snot bubble city.IC Im game for 225x50 challenge anytime you are

Holy shit - your deadlift sets make me feel terrible for thinking I worked hard tonight. Cut me some slack, or add a warning to the beginning of your next similar post!

Good shit! I'd like to challenge you to a 225 DL rep test, I know I'd fail but it could be entertaining nonetheless. Tried it the other night actually, haven't posted the video up yet but my grip went well before my body did lol. I should've used the damn chalk haha.

lol! as soon as we get settled into the gym game on!
Did cardio last night for 25 mins

Was going to train today but when i went to grab keys I noticed my training partner was in the process of moving the last stuff out of the old shop. I helped out rather than training. Worked up a good sweat running up and down stairs and dragging the damn anchor chain out to the storage shed! Loading the tires into the truck was fun to!
