MM my yoke was super super slow.I'm not sure why.Maybe lack of actually moving with a yoke for awhile .It will come back yoke has been a decent event for me in the past.

This week one.To be honest my paper is at home.I think my working max is somewhere around 450-460 but I'm not really sure.With the way they are feeling I will go for 500 on my next max day which is a month or so out.

pull 500 and i will have to admit your dead is stronger than mine!!!! lol by 5 pounds :D sending you a PM soon about the 5/3/1 program and how you adopted it for Strongwoman work and deloading

excellent work on the presses and cleans. i love the CGBP!!! probably my favorite tricep builder. have you tried JM Presses before?

Now might be a good time to think about switching back to front squats. I'd like to but am torn with the potential PL meet in Dec. Obviously your hip isn't liking things.

I agree i had also thought zerchers might be good to .I have never had hip issues before .getting old is gay

Great job on the presses, squats, and log cleans RR. Is stretching helping your hips at all?
