Despite all the drugs and being so laid back, he was very smart with his money. He had an empire.

That is so good to hear! I love hearing good success stories of people who worked their way up from nothing.

I honestly can't see how anybody could dislike the guy, he lived the life most of us probably dream about...just living fun day to day and doing what he loved to do. I am not a Jimmy expert, i'm sure he had bad days like all of us, but he sure did seem to enjoy life, at least that is how he portrayed it. His wife was super-hot too when she was young....not sure what she looks like now, lol. I like his "Come Monday" song where he talks about the history of it before the song starts and says that the beat-up truck in the video was actually his daily driver, and that his GF in it became his wife. She had a nice frame in that video, lol.
