Hello brother's and sisters in iron ...I am 46 years old and have never lifted a weigth till dec 2010. I started at 300 pounds and now i am 240 pounds.. My goal is to be on stage some day and i know i will get there. I am alwasy looking for any tips or help that any body is willing to offer ..

Welcome! I think you might get some motivation here. I started a training log for that purpose, and some folks that have training logs include both their nutrition and fitness program info. in order to get helpful feedback.

Those legs are terrific. No one would ever mistake you for an "everyday is upper body day" person. That's for sure.
