I know when you get depressed crawling into a shell is natural but it just makes it worse, so get out and get some sun, make yourself do it! A good jog or walk before workout is great. Plenty of workouts you can do at home. One thing to remember and I see this happen to sooo many , do not get discouraged starting out. You will gain a lil weight as you replace fat with muscle, muscle is heavier than fat and I see so many people weighing themselves everyday...don't do that.
