Bent over two-arm long bar Rows:
I thought I would remember what I did last time but i totally forgot so I started at 115 lbs, when it shouldve been 90, but it worked out fine
and I will write down my numbers in my phone next time
Well i stopped working out for 6-7 months completely and lost a lot of strength and size. And if Im going to be increasing 10lbs a week, I had to start at light weights..
Well for bench i always knew I could do a plate easily, squatting I started at 35lbs just to be safe and for better form... I could match them if that's what I should do..?

I had the same thing happen with me. Eventually, if you work hard at your legs, your squat will breeze past your bench.
From Sept. to Oct. of this year my bench had frozen and my squat went up 55 lbs.
Before that... my bench had always been bigger than my squat, and POB gave me shit about it too!
Keep it moving - it'll take time to get into the big numbers!
