I was talking about these in the chatbox earlier. They are called Railroads, done on the leg press. I do them about once every 6-7 weeks. Highest I've gone is 6pps for 60.
So for me, it would go like this:
2pps x 20 wu
3pps x 30
4pps x 40
5pps x 50
6pps x 60
5pps x 50
4pps x 40
3pps x 30
Note: puke somewhere along the way if you're prone to that (I'm not)
