my 4th week back after a summers layoff.starting wght was about 185,last week was 210.b/f checked at between 9-10%.been doing 10x10 and then 8x8.Sunday i start my max-ot routine which i kinda modified to help strengthen some really weak areas like my delts and overall legs.not too bad for 44yrs old,huh...lol?!
