i love the back shot man, looks incredible. not many people have mid back filled in like that. been working on my back void of middle region and seeing specialists, and i realized rhomboids dont fire if your rotator cuffs dont do their job. serratus, lats pull the shoulders back and down etc. i think that translates to big back and big chest.

Bottom half of chest looks good here but top half is just a tad off , what brung my upper chest out was low cable cross overs just pull them upto eye level

my cycle is 250mg test, 300mg eq per week

187 lbs ....and dropping...working on my upper chest i am working 70 hours week only have access to pressing machines and seats to do presses (for my upper chest lenny) 1-2x each week i do plyometrics all ****ing day and burpees aztecas brown eagles prison workouts
