That was a dose related effect in the NEJM P2 trials, a function of the glucagon receptor activity. Clinically not sure what that translates into. We know that reducing HR in heart transplant recipients is beneficial but relative to increases from RETA, it would only be speculation.I am curious about the heart on reta. It spikes my heart rate and it is a side effect some get
