Update:

So my doc doesn't want to prescribe anything for the Estrogen.

I talked to him today and he said that I should try to drop 15lbs and see if that helps. He is a GP and doesn't have much experience so he is being cautious. My BMI is high lol. Dummy.

Looks like I am going to get the anastrozole the old school way because I need to get this fixed soon.

Another high Estrogen side effect

I don't think the prostate changes that quickly, but if anything, if you're restricting flow, you're not getting a complete emptying. That may cause you to piss a lot more

I have been dealing with this for months. I am talking like most of the year. It started last year but has gotten progressively worse. I have just been so busy at work, I didn't make the time to have it checked out. PSA has been fine 1.2 and steady for years but I never thought about Estrogen.
