Gonna try these today after I go to the store... I'll let you know how good they are...

If you don't want to watch the vid, here's the recipe. Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Brownie Breakdown:
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
3 Tbsp 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 Tbsp stevia
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
3 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 packet oatmeal

Nutritional Contents:
Total Pan Serving Size (Pan Size May Vary):
Calories: 748
Fat: 24g
Carbs: 50g
Protein: 83g

Each Individual Brownie Contains:
Calories: 50
Fat: 1.6g
Carbs: 3g
Protein: 5g

Each batch contains roughly 15 brownies.

That looks like a decent little snack... Started a cut yesterday (No I'm not a New Years Rezzie just happened to time that way). Would probably be decent to accompany my plain greek yogurt at night :-&

Just got out of oven... Betty Crocker has nothing to worry about in the taste department... but they aren't bad. Next time I need a smaller pan and take them out a couple minutes sooner and they will be better.

Macros 9/10
Taste 6/10
Overall 7/10

Will make again? Yes
