I meant I didn't notice any strength boost from the d-Bol preworkout. Ive definately gotten stronger, bigger, maybe not the strength I expected at this point but it kinda seems like it's starting to really get going, I'm 6 weeks in and I'm up 23 pounds and a good bit of that is water I think. My ass has grown the most, makes me wonder if I should be injecting into my quads too, but I was told it didn't matter where you injected all the muscles would grow the same. I have made getting better at squats a priority and my weights have gone up. I think in the end I'll end up adding 75-100 pounds to my squat, I really hope, I suck big time, best has been 225x8. I think lack if sleep hasn't helped, I work nights and have a family so I never get 8 hours, maybe 1-2x a week and I usually have one or two days of only 3-4. I guess even if I've only gained 15 pounds that's pretty damn good. I'll have gained 25 pounds of muscle by the time this cycles over. I will be close to 50 pounds heavier than last summer once I trim down to 9-10% bf.
