How long have you been training and what is your routine look like?
3 days a week is a maintenance regimen not a routine that requires AAS to recover from.
All steroids do is increase protein synthesis, so you will NEED high protein for them to work as well as breaking down tissue for it to repair and come back stronger which in TIME will make the muscles larger, again how long have you been training and is your routine and diet in check now?
If not the drugs will do not much for you.
