Looks like he was racing against the other cops who wanted to punch her in the face as well.

You don't see it clearly in the very beginning. Maybe it's some other person throwing beer or stuff at the police - in the back. But all officers are surrounding that car. And that woman attracts their attention by singing loudly "bullshit" maybe.

Getting fired. Looks like someone threw something at them, must have assumed it was the loud mouth jumping around yelling at them.
