Update: haven't done much since the comp. A few bench sessions that were lame as fuck, one lame deadlift session, and bailed on a squat session after a few sets at 135 due to lingering knee pain.
Time to get back to it. Shoulders were sore as fuck today. (I benched on Saturday in my garage).
