Battled the extreme heat/humidity and pain for a bench session in the garage today.

Pretty sad, so I won't post details.

Worked up to 5 sets of 3 reps @ 275 with the slingshot. Pain is about 80% reduced with the SS.

Flex I had a hard day this week too. I had forgotten what that felt like.
But I think you are doing great and are recovering. Plus u are making heroic effort because this is so important to you!
That's something to be really proud of.
I like this log section bc people I admire walk with me through successes and hard times and I'm going to be there for you and them.
So, great effort bro. The healing and the road back is a triumph in itself!
