Been suffering from patellar tendonitis for 7 months now...have been doing pt and seems no improvement. Is ot stupid to even consider starting a new cycle with this current knee problem? Worried may make it worse instead of better any thoughts ?
Tendonitis can take just as long, if not longer, to treat as it did to develop. It can be a lengthy process. I can tell you from experience, deca and EQ won't make it feel any better. I have been trying to treat mine for close to a year now, and I think I am going to just have a shot of cortisone.
My doctor had told me to try PRP ( platelete rich plasma) however didn't mention to him I want to start a new cycle. Also insure doesn't cover PRP so he told me its gonna run about 1500 per shot. Not sure if there is another option at this point . I was considering low dose of test with deca.
My doc had me doing negative leg presses, wall sits, and various hip flexor exercises. This was for 8 weeks, now recently added sprints a few times a week.

Sounds like a lot of quad work and not enough glute and hamstring. Also, you want to work on flexion and extension xercises with your feet, like calf raises, and toe raises.
Add Compression Wrapping like Voodoo Floss.. You can make you own from a Mt. Bike intertube.... It's only $5 at Wal-Mart.. It has helped me with Shoulder tendonitis and knee pain. I have also recommended it to 2 friends and it worked for them... I loaned my wrap (tube) to a friends months ago. Never got it back...lol
Just Google Voodoo Floss for patellar tendonitis...
Bro I have destroyed miniscus' in both knees. The right one is absolutely shot. I dont let it keep me from doing cycles but I cant do legs very well anymore, and it shows. I cant even jog. I feel your pain.
