over 1gram of test a week worth it?

Im sure this has been asked,i just cant seem to find it using the search.

Have you used over 1 gram of test a week?
And did you notice a big difference in the gains?

How many years have you been lifting and what have you achieved thus far?

honestly i have gone up to 1500mg but dont notice a dif after 750mg/ wk really. i find its better to throw in multiple compounds to get over the 1gram/ wk mark like 700mg/test 300mg deca etc. Thats just my opinion.

I'd have to agree. I have never needed more than 750mg Test. I like to add in EQ and an oral.

been higher but had better results with with 700-800 vs the mega doses.

I'd say that, in general, TID is a relatively low dose board. Not a lot of guys here advocating 1-2g/wk dosages. What's your present size, and what's your cycle history? If this is your second cycle, the answer is easy, if it's your 30th cycle and you're 240 and ripped, and you've regularly run 1g/wk in the past it may make a difference.

I think in general that a lower dose, coupled with a well thought out diet, is the key to maximizing your potential. Diet gets more and more important the older you get.

I have run upwards of 2 grams total ( multiple compounds) a week and really saw more sides ,And the gains weren't that noticeable,compared to a modest cycle.

Most of us grow well at 500-750 a week...

When I get up to a gram of test I feel lethargic and generally shitty except when I am in the gym. So I dont go that high. I will run up to 2 grams of gear on rare occasion, but it is two other compounds stacked with test.

Ive went up to 900mg and couldnt tell much difference from using 750mg. I dont think you need doses that high unless you are cruising on 500mg of test year round.

like most here, I find the 6-750mg range to be the sweet spot. For me, I just lost more hair in the higher doses.

ive done grams in one day before....on top of other compounds....at first u feel a jump in strengh but u level off as quick as u up the shit....i feel now that mega doseing is a waste...However,its a hard habbit to break...dw

More of a pump throughout the day for sure.
