Outlaw powerlifting meet

The Outlaw Powerlifting and Team meet was a success for me and the Big Dog powerlifting team! We all placed 1st in our weight classes and i finish with a 1165 total @ a bodyweight of 183. I got my 4th world record deadlift of 500lbs. Outlaw runs some really professional powerlifting meets and the turnout of big name powerlifters is always huge. I would love to see this turn into a 3 day event. The first day being training seminars on different topics with some of the big name guys on the circuit.

Time for a vacation now and enjoy the holiday season

For you guys that don't know The World of Outlaw Powerlifting Federation was formed with the objective to share an affordable and amusing way to bring people together to compete in the sport of powerlifting.

Congrats on the win. Was this a raw lift...tested comp? What age group? Since you lifted at 183#'s that meant you had to go up to 198 class didn't it? Just curious.
