My workouts are about a 1 to 1.5 depending 0n what i am doing...4 days a week...day 1 chest,shoulder,tri..day2 back and bi day 3 legs on the for the split its like mon.wed,fri,sat...next its sun.tues thur fri...it rotatates around.A lot of guys are having to work crazy hour like that these days. Yesterday I worked 19 hours and the gym seems out of reach. What type of training are you doing? How long are your workouts?
I feel ur pain with those hours...the longest i worked with current job was 32 hrs straight got 4 hrs sleep than 12 more...and the last 2 days been 16 hrs...each day...A lot of guys are having to work crazy hour like that these days.
