Keep it up because as you get older it is a lot easier to maintain than it is to start to build.I stay dedicated because there is no way in hell I want to lay off and start over.

First post! Great transformation! I will be turning 40 in two and 1/2 years, do you have a training log or some info for a beginner like me? Yes I do train but I don't lift heavy weights yet. I mainly use body weight training and high reps/low weight. I don't want to use medication or steroids, only minimal supplements, no T, no HGH. Thank you in advance, I'll go introduce myself now!
