This is the recipe I've been looking for. A friend made this for breakfast and they were delicious. Thank you for the recipe.

1 cup egg whites
1 cup raw oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop of protein powder - I like vanilla flavor
2 packs of splenda
1/4 tsp of cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together into a batter using a blender. Spray a skillet with a little non-stick Pam and heat up. Pour a little batter into the hot skillet. Flip when the edges of the batter become dry or bubbles form in the middle. Cook for about a minute longer then put on plate and serve. I like putting peanut butter and agave nectar on them.

Hips is making these for me now :D

Saw this post and decided to blast some up. These are great, although I make them as pancakes, but either way they taste great.

Very nice profile on the micros as long as you use healthy fats... and look fro "Friendly" brand lowfat cottage cheese. It tastes GREAT and only has 60 mg sodium (as opposed to about 500 in the average Cottage Cheese).

Thanks for the great post brother!

Respect,
Vette
