If I remember when KBD was on here more than he has been lately, I don't believe that he's come off for a couple years.

Low dose. 125mg a week sust that's it. And I believe it was the cause yes but it's too late now idk how to deal with it.

I don't wanna live with anxiety anymore. I don't wanna take anti depressants either but I've tried meditation and al the non medication options and it just gets worse. I need something.. As bad as I don't want to take anyhing
