Hi I'm new. Forum looks great.

Just posted a new thread in journal so check it out.

Powerlifting for a few year's competitively but injuries and getting older has caught up with me so going down the BB route now.

Absolutely love it and sure I'm going to make some fantastic progress in 2018.

Best PL lifts were:

195s
135b
230d

Getting older doesn't mean you can't bends bars and set pr's.... it just means you gotta be even smarter in your training.

Welcome... Pull up a chair and make yourself comfortable.

Thanks everyone.

Just to say those numbers are in kg not lb. I weighed between 93-95kg for most of the year but cut down to 88kg.

I'm 5'10" too. Aim is to spend the off season getting as much muscle mass on me as possible.
