A medley is where they combine two events into one . For example we have a 250 duckwalk for 50 feet and then we load the duckwalk on to the sled.It is a bitch because the duckwalk exhausts your legs before you even get to the sled.

There is a yoke walk/farmers run lol. Both of these have to be done within 60 seconds .They are generally lighter.the farmer /yoke is 450 yoke and 150 farmers which is light .

It has been an exhausting week at work. I was able to get today off and drug myself out to the public gym.
The gym really is out of my comfort zone when it comes to lifting.I am not intimidated in the least it just feels akward.

Close grip Bench:
warmup 115x10x2
135x5

Incline CG bench
115x10x4

Upright rows.... it has been awhile since I have done these.I guessed with a 90 pound weight.Probably should have added a bit more weight

It is amazing how my grip is affected by the cold. Everything seems hard to hang on to when the handles and my hands are cold

Weird I havent done yoke for awhile these all felt solid and quick.No belt on them either.

Attempted stones my knee said no.I called it good.My knee has drastically improved since last sunday .I would say it feels 60% right now.

Great last two workouts RR, way to get over the whole awkwardness of the gym. Easy to understand how that can happen when you have your routine dialed in so well and then you have to go there. Damn strong Yoke work, I bet you're going to feel that one, keep it up!!!

The first ones are warmup sets.My log is 90 pounds so that is where I start .

HAHAHAHA well I wasnt able to do much more so possibly benching?I am close grip benching more consistantly .Also the frigging axle has been re introduced.

Another possibillity is that my knee has been pain free this week which allows me to add more consistant leg drive.What little leg drive I have.

My nutrition is alot better also so that could be helping too.

Oh and I am damned determined to hit 200 on both log and axle this year.

Consistent eating means consistent training which translates to better, faster progress. How I've always looked at it.
