wasnt going today,but a good freind talked me into it....just did an easy day.
1 mile 10 minute run
5 x 8 leg ups holding 135 on Bp
superset with 5x15 sit ups

worked out all last week but i changed my split midstream and it had me a little bumfuzzeled and allover the place. However splitting the heavy compound lifts up a bit did seem to help my body. Starting monday I'm going back to a cross between my old training and a moderate focus continuing on strength. Ill update you guys tomorrow on the lift..

25 minutes on elliptical heart rate ranged 146-160.. cardio range
4 circuits of abs
incline situp x8
incline leg ups x 10
side bends with 25# x 15.

two sets of 1 minute plank holds on elbows..

Strong pressing, that's a hard movement when you take out the leg bounce and do them like that.

Big difference between what people call a 'standing military press' and a 'strict OHP'. Good work, how did the second set of 135 feel compared to the first?

felt like someone was ripping my rotator cuff apart LOL... other than that i felt like a beast! at least for my weight lmao...
