Hi everyone,
I'm from South America and I've been training intermittently since I was in hischool, did several times strict diet and gained a couple of Kgs (I'm used to the metric system, but I'll try to convert to Imperial when necessary) but also lost them really quickly.
Now, It's been a year since I started a strict diet again with support of a nutritionist, which is key in my program as I can measure my gains even if I can't see them in the mirror and also have stats for my BF (Body Fat) percentage, not having this was probably a discouragement in my early years (couldn't "see" any gains!).
The results of this year are looking good so far and planning ahead to boost them.
Cheers,
