Hi thanks for or the welcomes!

I have been weight training for about 3-4 years now. My weak areas are diet and cardio even though I do a lot of swimming. My goals at this time is to cut fat which I have attempted but don't seem to get anywhere. I have just started intermittent fasting and am tracking my calories and macros from this week so will
