Hi there. I'm going by the name focus_breathe. I’m ChrisLindsay9 's wife and training partner. I'm going to compete in my first powerlifting competition in a push-pull event on Oct 23. Chris thought I should keep a training log here where people can give feedback. I typically don’t post much online and I'm new to message boards so he will probably help me from time to time.
