Thanks man. I don't time my sets or negatives or anything. Simply keep it slow tight and controlled and SQUEEZE. I go by feel.These workouts are incredible. How long is your time under tension? My rest are 90 seconds for major compounds and 60 seconds for ancilary. Good job bro!

I'm getting them done in 1.5. Short rest periods bro. I'm hitting twice the volume per work out that I was before in the same amount of time. Its all business right now lolHoly crap that's a lot of volume in one workout! Did it take 2 hours to do all that?
