Why does that happen? Just from depletion?
Any cut will decrease strength over time. Add in the fact out don't have energy to go heavy for a few weeks, add in depletion, add in dehydration, light workouts for 2 weeks straight, lighter scale weight meaning less mass pushing against the weight, etc.

No prob man.

Had another intense session. Weight still hovering right around 218. Still holding a lot of water in my stomach and love handles.. but I'm still holding onto some crazy striations in my upper chest and shoulders.

Debilitating chest and shoulder pumps lol,felt great. Workouts still feeling phenomenal. Still utilizing time under tension and primarily 75-90 second rest periods, so no b.s. in these sessions.

These workouts are incredible. How long is your time under tension? My rest are 90 seconds for major compounds and 60 seconds for ancilary. Good job bro!

Thanks man. I don't time my sets or negatives or anything. Simply keep it slow tight and controlled and SQUEEZE. I go by feel.

Thanks man glad you like it! He'll yeah! Maybe one day we will be around the Same parts and tear it up together! In currently ashamed of my rows.. I was hitting sets of 6 with 315 before prep: ( ah well, I'll be back!

I'm getting them done in 1.5. Short rest periods bro. I'm hitting twice the volume per work out that I was before in the same amount of time. Its all business right now lol

Hell yeah man. That would be cool. Wow man 315! That's freaking impressive. Yeah you'll be back for sure. Sacrifice quite a bit for shows, but it's part of it. I'd really like to get into competing eventually. Will have to hit you and a few others here up.

Sorry guys been busy. Still been hitting it with same intensity. But decided to lower intensity and volume a bit this week and possibly next to recover some before picking it up again. Still hovering around 226-228 no matter how much food I pound lol, but I still feel like I am growing.
