I'm new here, but not new to working out. I've been working out all my adult life in some form or fashion, but after 3 years as a Crossfitter I have become fascinated with the sport of body building! I've been strictly lifting for about 8 months now and am finally starting to see some muscle (its hard for me, I'm naturally long and lean). Goal is to compete in Bikini division to start, eventually (wont rush, want to be totally prepared). My only draw back is my body is 75% solid tattoo coverage (Ive been tattooing for almost 30 years). Anyways, just wanted to say hi!
