Hey what's up all?
I am 29yo, 6', 265 around 15%bf
I was a total fatty 275lbs sloppy about 5 years ago, lost about 75lbs. Then I have been putting on around ten pounds a year in lean mass. I always train like a beast and diet isn't too shabby. I ruptured my Pec Training and had surgery last year, couldn't do anything but legs and cardio for a few months. I kept my size but looked out of shape, pretty much back to normal, just a little weaker bench now.
Totally natural until about three months ago. I "needed" an edge to get back to where I was before my injury.
My first cycle was a huge success, lost a lot of unwanted bf and look much bigger, lost 10lbs.
(Test E- 450mg/wk - 16wks)
Considering doing another one possibly with Tren.
Maybe even my first BB show in the next year or two.
I have read some helpful threads already, seems like a pretty knowledgeable group.
P.S. I have a good friend who has competed for about 10 years for advice.
