Hi. I'm new to the forum. Have previously trained with weights in my youth but at the ripe age of 36 have dug the iron out in the garage and started training again. I want to start Bodybuilding but am I too old now?
I'm from Wales in the uk.

Hi & Welcome. I'm also UK based (England).

Age is no real barrier to weight training so don't worry about that. Take a look at the log section and you will see plenty of older guys doing better than people half their age.

I think it is easier to train someone in their 30's than someone in their 20's. The 30-somethings pay attention, do what you tell them, and are more patient with slow and steady progress. Meanwhile the 20 year olds are so pre-occupied with pussy that all they want to do is get a quick arm pump and go chase pussy all night, lol

Welcome!

Check out rampages log here. He is a young dude that I have been lightly coaching for the last 10 weeks. He has been making good progress and working hard.

But for the most part the 20 somethings are all about that immediate gratification.

You forgot to welcome the new, over 30 guy, who is afraid that it might be too late for him.
