New Diet Plan-July 2020

New diet plan, new goal.
Goal: lose 5-10lbs body fat during month of July.


July 2020 Meal Plan:

Meal one:
2 whole eggs
1 cup of liquid egg whites
2 pickles


Meal two:
5 oz of cooked chicken breast
1 medium sized avocado
2 pickles


Post workout right after workout:
2 scoop whey isolate shake
3 rice cakes


Meal three:
Same as meal two


Meal four: (before bed)
5 oz of cooked sirloin steak
1/2 cup of green veggies


1.5 gallons of water daily

Break down according to MyFitnessPal:
Calories: 1416
Carbs: 39
Fat: 79
Protein: 110


Current bodyweight: 171lbs
Height: 5'2"

711 calories from fat and 156 from carbs should result in switching over to burning moderate ketones as a fuel source. Looks good.
