Alright bro's and ho's, it's time for a cutting cycle, so lemme lay it out for your advice.

This is what I'm thinkin so far:

6 week cycle

Anavar 50-75mg ED Weeks 1-6
Clen start at 20mcg work up to 120mcg (possibly 140mcg) Weeks 3-6
T3 25-50mcg ED Weeks 3-6

Not sure on the T3 dose, don't really need to get a lot from it. This will be my first time tryig it out so I want to go with a low dose and see how it works. I'm really only running the anavar to avoid any muscle loss and because I don't want to run prop for 6 weeks an then do a PCT. If I run Anavar I can do without a PCT no problem.

Currently I'm 255 lbs, but not sure on the BF% (not good, probably around 15%). My goal is to reach 230 lbs by the end of 6 weeks. The anavar may limit me from getting that low, but if I hit 235 and still retained most of the muscle I'll be fine.

Calories will be cut from my maintenance of 3,500 to around 2,000. This will be very tough because normally If I eat less than 3,000 calories a day I'm very hungry and am sure I'm not getting enough food to maintain. I'll just have to eat 8-10 times a day in smaller portions to get it done.

After this is over I'll run a month of IGF-1LR3 before jumping on a bulking cycle. My goal is to be at 250lbs and pretty lean (about 8% BF). I've been 6% BF at 230lbs, so I don't think 250 at 8% is too much of a stretch.

Please feel free to sare your advice, especially on the T3. Thanks guys and gals.

Personally I think you can get there without the T3. What type of cardio do you have in mind GS?

i like T3 along side the clen.
works wonders
i'll post a cycle of T3 that i have used and my girl has used at half i later found ramping it down at the end was usless. so i just brought it up and in the end stoped

Not a fan of T3 at all, never really liked the way I felt on it and I got bad neck throbbing.

Why not jump on a low dose of DNP, 200mg for 30 days :)

How bout a lil Tren Ace in the mix? Tren thrives in caloric deficit and should prevent any muscle wasting from the T3.

I would run tren ace and test prop both at low doses but I'm trying to avoid a PCT or at least a lengthened one here. Want to use the IGF-1 to maintain post cut cycle so I can jump right into a bulker about a month later. If I run tren I'll definitely have to run a PCT.

DNP for 30 days???? "Dead No Pulse" is what I'd be after that, haha

At 200mg a day, you will be fine bro, have done it before, works great.

500mg of DNP? Been a long time since I read up on DNP, but you're going to be sweating like a fucking pig at that dose. Be careful GS, DNP is no joke. Now if the cutter was longer, I would stay with the T-3. My wife saw some really good fat loose on it, but it was only at 50mcgs for 4 weeks before she ramped back down.

I'm not really considering running DNP, LK is just trying to kill me off so he can become the Super Moderator, lol.

I think I have an old log on meso somewhere. Did 100 - 200mg a day for 23 days and dropped 18lbs. Ate the same, trained pretty good and only some extra heat when I ate a higher carb meal. At the lower dose you offset the sides while still reaping the benefits. Figure once at full saturation you get a free 20% increase in metabolic rate so if you eat 2000 calories you are really only using 1600 of them a day. Add in some cardio or lifting and you can easily acheive a negative burn for the day. BLA BLAMMM!
