Alright bro's and ho's, it's time for a cutting cycle, so lemme lay it out for your advice.
This is what I'm thinkin so far:
6 week cycle
Anavar 50-75mg ED Weeks 1-6
Clen start at 20mcg work up to 120mcg (possibly 140mcg) Weeks 3-6
T3 25-50mcg ED Weeks 3-6
Not sure on the T3 dose, don't really need to get a lot from it. This will be my first time tryig it out so I want to go with a low dose and see how it works. I'm really only running the anavar to avoid any muscle loss and because I don't want to run prop for 6 weeks an then do a PCT. If I run Anavar I can do without a PCT no problem.
Currently I'm 255 lbs, but not sure on the BF% (not good, probably around 15%). My goal is to reach 230 lbs by the end of 6 weeks. The anavar may limit me from getting that low, but if I hit 235 and still retained most of the muscle I'll be fine.
Calories will be cut from my maintenance of 3,500 to around 2,000. This will be very tough because normally If I eat less than 3,000 calories a day I'm very hungry and am sure I'm not getting enough food to maintain. I'll just have to eat 8-10 times a day in smaller portions to get it done.
After this is over I'll run a month of IGF-1LR3 before jumping on a bulking cycle. My goal is to be at 250lbs and pretty lean (about 8% BF). I've been 6% BF at 230lbs, so I don't think 250 at 8% is too much of a stretch.
Please feel free to sare your advice, especially on the T3. Thanks guys and gals.
