Another thing to consider is that you are big to begin with....so the standard approach is not going to yield results like it may have in the past. My sense is that you really need to "tighten everything up" if you want to get bigger. You are unwilling to add any fat at all, so it's going to be a slow process from here on out I would bet.
Im gonna try eating alot more.
Heres what my diet has been looking like
12 Eggs 2 bagels- 1440 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice protein shake- 600 calories
Chicken wrap with vegetables (ranch sauce)- 400 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice- 400 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice- 400 calories
Weight Gain Shake- 1000 calories (milk added)
4 scoops of peanut butter with a glass of milk- 550 calories
So roughly 4700 calories. i mean and there is plenty of protein and carbs. So it might be my training?
