wtf man im eating 5000 calories a day and im not gettin bigger, just stronger but thats most likely from the halo and parabolan.

400mg Parabolan
30mg of Halo Daily

DO i need to AUHHPP THE DOSSEEE!?!

Not that I am doubting you but are you getting that in EVERY day?
If you are and your not growing then, up it try adding another 500 a day.

How long have you been doin the same training? might need to shock your muscles with some different movements. or maybe switch from heavy to higher reps or vice versa. Gotta do some drastic changes every once in a while to wake up the growth.

My sense is that you really need to "tighten everything up" if you want to get bigger. You are unwilling to add any fat at all, so it's going to be a slow process from here on out I would bet.

Im gonna try eating alot more.

Heres what my diet has been looking like

12 Eggs 2 bagels- 1440 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice protein shake- 600 calories
Chicken wrap with vegetables (ranch sauce)- 400 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice- 400 calories
2 Chicken Breasts half cup of rice- 400 calories
Weight Gain Shake- 1000 calories (milk added)
4 scoops of peanut butter with a glass of milk- 550 calories

So roughly 4700 calories. i mean and there is plenty of protein and carbs. So it might be my training?

I agree with the above both,Change it up add 500=800 calories and move to compound /DC style for a couple monthes.........
Between the 2 you should some growth.

hmmm your cycle aside i would suggest(again) maybe switching your training up and upping the calories a little more.

not sure what your usual exercise/set/rep would look like but if it is usually in the higher rep range(8+) try throwing in some lower rep heavier rep work to start the session. then do the "mass building" rep range for the last 2-3 exercises.

EAT MORE!!!

Pretty much what everyone else is saying. Add another 500 cals per day, compound movements ect. Throwing a steak or two in there would help.
