Going on over 1 year with gyms closed here.

Played around with my gear yesterday and got a decent seated cable row station rigged up in my home gym.

Gyms have opened up here, but I dont see myself going back anytime soon. I think I will start adding more stuff to the home gym. Love to find a good deal on a functional trainer. I am just too cheap to pay for it. I missed one on craigs right before covid. But just keeping an eye out!

Yes! My home set-up is 3" x 3" and 11 gauge, but considerably more modest otherwise than your all-Rogue (or mostly Rogue?) basis.

Either way,I gotta warn you jury-rigging a home gym can be (1) maddening, (2) satisfying, and (3) addictive. I've even sourced Amazon and Home Depot for stuff.

She has her own Rogue monster Lite rack, Rogue bench and Rogue Ohio Bar.

That's good enough for her. She lifts 4 days a week, walks daily, and does Yoga.

Seriously, its so hard for me to understand gyms being closed for over a year. Shit. I only missed out on maybe 6 weeks total. Gyms here in Texas have been open since last May. But that is a fantastic idea you created!!!
