Water-So I dont die!
Salmon-Currently keto-ing, perfect fit into my macro scheme, plus I love the taste
Chicken-Gotta get my protein somehow!
Eggs-Staple food for me, always has been
Lean Ground Beef-Again, good source of fat/pro, plus its better than eating chicken 5x a day
Oatmeal/Brown Rice-for my once a week carb binge

I know, boring boring boring, but it works for me!
