Conventional deadlifts have zero carryover to snatches or cleans considering conventional pulls are performed with your shoulders behind the bar and snatches or cleans are performed with your shoulders out in front of the bar. I would suggest subbing in clean pulls and snatch pulls in place of conventional deads. You can perform them from the floor, the blocks, or the hang depending on what you're working on.

I'd make a few changes to the routine if you're really trying to make a go out of Oly lifting...

^ Yes pulls in favour of deadlifts. Some of the reps are too high in my humble opinion. The only use for doing calf raises would be if you do them on a machine so that you can take your gastrocnemius through a bigger range. I don't think you need to do calf raises with a barbell because a lot of the movements in Olympic lifting have you coming up on your toes. If it were me I would get overuse problems and the gastroc would get all trigger pointed.
