my new fav bulk shake

1 cup raw oats, 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I use fage), 2 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter, tablespoon of olive oil, 2 scoops of whey (strawberry banana this time), and milk thrown in a blender. Simple and probably classic or standard issue but high in calories, protein, carbs an fat. I dig it.

i would replace the olive oil with macadamia nut oil or coconut oil

Sounds like my breakfast shake I have every morning, no pb or olive oil, though-2 egg whites. Other than that, exactly the same- good balance of nutrients!

Yep, I'd also swap the olive oil out for cocounut oil (solid at room temperature but fine in a blender) and probably sub the peanut butter for something else. Not a fan of peanuts and the potential risks they carry, especially if they're something you are using on a regular basis. I know lots of people love them though.

Other than that, looks good. Any idea as to what the macros break down to?
