Was off on vacation last week. Got some small workouts in, more to move then a workout. Got in some movements in the hotel gyms. Back going this Week though.

Up for reps at 405
405x16. That Taps out my strength endurance. No more at all in me with good form, couldn’t breath haha. Good run on upping my strength endurance in deadlift. This is a PR for reps at this weight
Calf Press On leg press
After vacation, holding some water weight at 225. I’ll maintain this week and resume cut next week.
