Spent 3.5hrs Testing and working Wraps tonight. Worked with 350 for 4 reps. At least 12 sets. Also spent extra time doing extra wraps and tried criss cross and your basic style wrapping. Tried some of the Stiffer Wraps with different decent speeds. Tried some of the higher rebound wraps at the start and end of the session when more fatigued set in. My legs are Raw.. Had to stop wrapping and move on.
