Hey new to this site I'm active on a couple others, learning my way around TID. Been bro lifting for awhile and just recently started actually hitting it to hopefully get into a classic physique comp in the near future. Coming back from cutting down to 200 sitting at 220 so I can start getting these numbers higher.
Deads:405
Bench:315
Squat:275- I had been doing higher numbers but was not reaching depth properly so I'm on my way back to rebuild my squat from the ground up.
